The Big Fat Snare Drum (aka BFSD) is one of the coolest drumming inventions around! If you want to give your snare drum a new lease of life but don t have a huge budget, all you need is a BFSD! The BFSD simply sits on top of your current 13  snare drum head and transforms your boring, bog-standard snare drum into an incredibly thumpy sounding drum with a lovely vintage feel! Perfect for recording, the Big Fat Snare Drum instantly lowers the fundamental pitch of your existing drum, turning your high medium pitched snare into a low, deep fat snare without even trying!

The BFSD Bourine comes complete with 4 tambourine jingles which are situated at opposite sides of the pad. These jingles add an existing sound to your Fat Snare Drum. Everybody loves a bit of jingle!
