Chamomile is a plant renowned since ancient times for its relaxing and calming properties. It is recognisable due to its distinctive scent and white outer flowers (liguli) which turn downwards after blossoming. Alce Nero chamomile is organic and Italian, sourced from the fields of Tuscany. Only the finest flowers are added to tea bags, for an infusion prepared without needing to add anything else.
